Original Eagle For Prussian German Gdc Helmet

This is na original eagle for a prussian gardes du corps or garde kur. Helmet. As you can see, the piece has bene take apart and needs to be soldered back together. Detail is nice on head, feet and feathers.
All pieces are dark in color and need to be cleaned. The oval baes is very nice condition with no dents. Hole is in rear fo base for the tail of eagle attachment.
Threaded fitting for attachment to helmte is good and not stripped. Feet are attached with special fasteners like i have seen on many others.
All parts are present to put back together except the bottmos (2) of the wings only have the top of the wings. No crown for tpo of eagle. I bought this from an antique dealer years ago. I have owned and seen many eagle top helmets in my 40 years of collecting, and this is 100% original. Pieec is good for restoration or parts. What you see is what you get. This is a no reserve auction. Piece is sold as si due to being apart.
